Ray Bradbury is the author of numerous science fiction, horror and mystery novels including the bestselling novel Fahrenheit 451. He was never able to attend college due to financial reasons and instead went to his local library to learn.

When I graduated from high school, it was during the Depression and we had no money. I couldn’t go to college, so I went to the library three days a week for 10 years”
